Pure Leasing LLC d/b/a Pure Leasing Group ("Pure Leasing Group," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website for 250 West 85th Street (the "Site"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and your choices. The Site showcases the building and its residences, lets you join an interest list, request information, and schedule a tour. We do not sell products, process payments, or collect payment-card information through this Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you join the interest list, submit an inquiry, request information, or schedule a tour, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number / mobile number
• Your desired move-in date, budget, or residence preferences
• Any message or details you choose to provide

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting platform may automatically log limited technical information, such as device and browser type, IP address, and the date and time of your visit, for security and basic operation. We do not use third-party analytics to track your activity across the Site (see Section 7).

Tour scheduling. If you schedule a tour, scheduling is handled through our third-party scheduling provider Calendly. Information you enter to book is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy and shared with us to coordinate your tour.

We do not knowingly collect payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial-account information through this Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Add you to the 250 West 85th Street interest list and notify you about availability, pricing, leasing milestones, and related updates;
• Respond to your inquiries and requests for information;
• Schedule and confirm tours;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;

All leasing decisions involve human review and are made in compliance with applicable fair housing laws (see Section 11).

4. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing.

• Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site and our leasing/marketing process — for example, our website/hosting platform Base44, and our scheduling provider Calendly. We send interest-list emails manually through Google Workspace (Gmail) and send text messages from a standard mobile/business number; we do not currently use a third-party email-marketing or analytics platform. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.
• Property owner. As the leasing broker for 250 West 85th Street, we may share your interest-list, inquiry, and tour information with the building's owner or management to coordinate leasing.
• Legal and protective. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property, or to meet our regulatory obligations as a licensed broker.
• Business transfers. If Pure Leasing Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. Email and Text Message Communications

Because this is a lease-up, the interest list exists so we can contact you with updates. By joining the interest list or providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us about 250 West 85th Street.

Email. We will send you updates about availability, pricing, leasing timelines, and related information. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly, consistent with the federal CAN-SPAM Act.

Text messages (SMS). If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us related to 250 West 85th Street, including availability and leasing updates and tour coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts may limit our ability to reach you by that channel.

6. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, consistent with our obligations under the New York SHIELD Act and other applicable law. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We use only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the Site and remember your preferences. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this Site. Do Not Track. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

• Ask to be removed from the interest list at any time; and

California residents. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking housing and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Third-Party Sites and Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, the scheduling tool, or listing platforms). We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

11. Fair Housing

Pure Leasing Group is committed to fair housing and complies with the federal Fair Housing Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. We do not collect or use personal information to discriminate against any person on the basis of any protected characteristic.
